Coming Together
On Thursdays, the whole school gathers for weekly assemblies that feature students at the forefront. With guidance from Winsor’s director of community and inclusion, Julian Braxton, groups of students organize and present full-length programs for hundreds of people. From cultural celebrations and artistic performances to engaging examinations of issues such as climate action and social justice, assembly topics are wide ranging. Some assemblies feature renowned guest speakers. All uplift a timeless Winsor value: community.
