Student Support

What would it look like if Winsor could afford to ensure access to all of our most extraordinary applicants? And what if we could support all students regardless of financial need through equitable access to the full Winsor experience, from sports and music lessons to global trips that no student should miss? We can’t wait to find out.

Faculty Excellence

We know how to attract and retain the highest caliber of faculty, who champion our girls from Classes I through VIII. It demands that we keep salaries high enough to accomplish two tasks: 1) compete fiercely with peer schools across the country for top talent, and 2) guarantee that our teachers can afford to live nearby. Your gift can help us lead the way.

The Winsor Fund

The cornerstone of philanthropy at Winsor, The Winsor Fund gives us the flexibility to meet budgetary needs as they arise. Collectively, gifts from $1 to $100,000 total an estimated $3.5 million per year, bridging the gap between tuition and the actual cost of educating a student. No matter the size, every gift counts toward the Winsor Leads Campaign.

“This is a community that cares. Winsor students care deeply about their learning and connect every day with teachers who care just as deeply. Faculty work deliberately to empower students, and students here are eager to put their learning to good use.”
