Suzanne Ranere Norris is a managing partner at Visible Ventures (formerly Victress Capital), a venture capital firm that she co-founded, which invests in early-stage consumer and consumer tech businesses with diverse founding teams. After graduating from Winsor, Suzanne attended Harvard College before earning her MBA from Harvard Business School. She sits on multiple corporate boards as well as serving as a trustee of Derby Academy and a trustee of Sandy Beach Association. At Winsor, Suzanne has served on the Corporation since 2019 and on the Alumnae Board 2017–2022. In her role on the Winsor Board of Trustees, Suzanne sits on the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Facilities Committee, and the Finance Committee. She and her husband Jack have three children.
