Wendy Cromwell P’21
Wendy Cromwell is a senior vice president, partner, and director of asset allocation at Wellington Management where she has spent more than 20 years as an experienced investment analyst and portfolio manager specializing in sustainable investing. A Chartered Financial Analyst, her many leadership roles with the firm include serving on the Advisory Board of the Wellington Women’s Network and chairing the Wellington Management Australia Board. Wendy holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Mississippi, where she graduated summa cum laude, and also holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where she graduated with honors. She serves on Owen’s Alumni Board and on the board of the United Nations-supported Principles of Responsible Investment. At Winsor, Wendy served on the Investment Committee 2014–2015 and joined the Winsor Corporation in 2015. She rejoined the Winsor Board of Trustees in 2019 and now serves on the Compensation and Evaluation Committee. Wendy and her husband Gordon have three children, one of whom is a Winsor alumna.
